Hey guys! So, a lot of you have been asking for a video about chakras, and I've got a fun little exercise to share with you. But first, let's talk about Care Bears. Yes, you heard me right—Care Bears. Stay with me here, because this is going to help you light up your consciousness and awareness in these quantum doorways. And who doesn't want to live from a place of love and happiness, right?
So, let’s not waste any more time—Care Bears, prepare to stare!
Do you ever notice that as soon as you start your spiritual journey, you can find meaning and messages everywhere and in everything? I’ve got a paper trail to prove it, and I bet you do too! When I first got familiar with the chakra system, I thought, "Holy crap, it's been in front of me the whole time—it's the Care Bears!" Think about it: they’re basically chakras waiting to be activated while running around the Kingdom of Care.
Sure, their colors and symbols might be a bit off, but you get the idea. And here’s the cool part: when they’re connected to that high frequency, they shoot light out of their bellies—Care Bears Stare! Get it?
For me, when my chakras are all running smoothly and shooting light, that’s when I feel loved and truly connected to the universe. And have you ever noticed that if all the Care Bears stood on each other’s shoulders, you’d have the whole chakra system right there? It’s all about aligning and shining, just like those little bears.
Our goal today is to shine like a Care Bear, but we’re going to use our chakras instead. If you’ve been feeling a bit funky or less energetic, this exercise will help you get that energy flowing and might even help you clear out some old blocks.
So, let’s dive in.
Start by finding a place where you can sit comfortably with your feet planted on the ground. Visualize the bottoms of your feet opening up and plugging into the earth. Good. Next, imagine your head opening up like a dome, and start pulling down that high frequency from the cosmos into your body. Let it flow from the top of your head, down your neck, and along your spine, filling up your entire body with this incredible energy all the way down to your feet.
Now, just for fun, allow this energy to travel out the base of your spine and into the earth’s core, anchoring this column of light into the earth. With your next breath, draw up earth energy mixed with that high frequency—this will help your body absorb this light more easily.
Now, connect and anchor this frequency into your root chakra. Just like a Care Bear shines a bright light out of their center, I want you to do the same. Relax, open up those circuits, and let that light shine through. You might even start to feel like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, guiding Santa’s sleigh during a winter storm—full power!
But don’t worry, this is actually a good thing. We want to get that energy moving and light up these centers. Once you feel the energy flowing smoothly in your root chakra, move up to your sacral chakra. Allow the light to fill this area, checking in and blessing this center until you feel a sense of bliss.
Next, guide the light up into your solar plexus chakra. Let the warmth and brightness fill you with confidence and power. Stay here, blessing this chakra, until you feel that blissful energy.
Now, move the light into your heart chakra. Feel it expand with love and compassion, radiating outwards. Bless this center and wait for that sense of deep connection and joy to fill your heart.
Continue to guide the light up into your throat chakra. Allow your communication center to open up, blessing this chakra until you feel the clarity and truth resonating within you.
Then, bring the light up to your third eye chakra. As the light fills this center, bless it and tune into your intuition and inner wisdom. Stay here until you feel that profound sense of knowing.
Finally, move the light up to your crown chakra. Let the light flow through this center, connecting you to the higher consciousness. Bless this chakra until you feel the bliss of being in tune with the universe.
Now that you’ve got the Care Bear stare down, let’s take it one step further. Go 16 inches above your head and connect to the Soul Star Chakra. As you connect to this center, really let your light shine through with all the love inside you, because now you’re becoming less matter and more light. You’re activating those circuits and reconnecting to the quantum field.
It’s that simple, right? So whenever I’m feeling down and want to reconnect to that bigger part of myself, this little exercise always works. It reminds me that I am so much more than just my body, my thoughts, or my emotions. Just like a Care Bear, we are the light.
So, be bright, do your Care Bear stare, and shine like a rainbow!

Our relationship with money is a heavy topic, stirring up a variety of feelings within us. We desire it, yet feel unworthy or selfish for wanting it. These conflicting emotions often stem from deep-seated beliefs passed down through our families, shaping how we perceive wealth. But what if we could change this narrative? What if we could shift our mindset to embrace abundance with confidence and joy?
Our beliefs are the foundation of our relationship with money. From childhood, we've absorbed messages about wealth—some empowering, others limiting. These beliefs can manifest as feelings of discomfort, guilt, or even a sense of unworthiness when it comes to financial success.
To transform our financial reality, we must first address these beliefs. Begin by affirming, "Money comes to me easily." This simple statement can initiate a powerful shift in your consciousness, helping to dissolve doubts and embrace abundance. Repeating this affirmation regularly can reinforce a mindset where wealth flows effortlessly into your life.
The concept of a wealth mindset is about more than just thinking positively—it's about reprogramming our brains. We've been conditioned to view money from a place of lack or fear, which is often felt in our gut, specifically in the solar plexus chakra, the center of personal power. To change this, we must engage in practices that align our thoughts with abundance.
Try this: Close your eyes and repeat the mantra, "Money comes to me easily." Notice how it feels in your body. You might feel resistance at first, but keep at it. Visualize the energy moving from your gut up to your heart, where the transformation takes place. Over time, this practice can help shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance.
Changing your relationship with money involves rewriting the story you've been telling yourself. It's not just about making money; it's about making money doing what you love. This shift is crucial because it aligns your financial goals with your passions, creating a more fulfilling and sustainable path to wealth.
Practice saying, "I make money doing what I love." At first, it may feel awkward or even untrue, but with repetition, it becomes a new belief. The key is to keep reinforcing this message until it becomes your reality.
If you're ready to change your money mindset, start with this simple exercise. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and think about the word "money." What emotions or thoughts come up? Do you feel open to receiving, or do you feel blocked?
Whatever story you tell yourself today can be rewritten tomorrow. It's all about breaking free from limiting beliefs and stepping into a space of possibility. I like to call this the "millionaire brain"—the part of your mind that is open, expansive, and ready to create abundance.
Your relationship with money doesn't have to be one of struggle or fear. By shifting your mindset and embracing new beliefs, you can create a financial reality that aligns with your true desires. Start today by affirming that money comes to you easily, and open yourself up to the flow of abundance. Remember, it's not just about having money; it's about thriving in every aspect of your life.
Are you ready to change your relationship with money? The journey begins with a single thought, a single affirmation. Let's start today.
Do you ever find yourself wide awake at 3:00 AM, with your mind racing, replaying everything you could have said or done differently? That nagging voice, full of criticisms and reminders of what needs to be accomplished, can leave you feeling trapped in a cycle of stress and anxiety. I know this feeling all too well, but I’ve learned to turn this middle-of-the-night wake-up call into an opportunity for empowerment and connection.
In this blog post, I’ll share the techniques that have helped me transform those restless nights into moments of peace and rejuvenation. These practices not only calm the mind but also align your energy, making the most of the early morning hours when your connection to the universe is at its strongest.
Waking up in the middle of the night used to fill me with dread. But now, I approach these moments with a sense of purpose. Instead of being overwhelmed by the critical voice in my head, I see it as a chance to reconnect with a higher frequency. Did you know that meditation is 40% more effective between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM? During this time, melatonin is active in the brain, enhancing your visions and deepening your meditative state.
So, what do I do when I find myself awake at 3:00 AM? I resist the urge to fully wake up, which could shift my brainwaves into an alert state where that critic thrives. Instead, I stay in the dreamy space of theta brainwaves, which keeps me connected to the meditative state I was just in.
When thoughts start to invade my mind, particularly those related to something or someone that's bothering me, I take a moment to locate where I feel the tension in my body. Once I identify it, I consciously relax that area and perform a simple motion, like swiping my fingers as if clearing away the negative energy. This action helps me focus on reclaiming my space and energy.
I also remind myself that only the highest frequencies belong in my energy field. As I clear away the distracting energy, I feel a sense of relief and reclaim the space within myself. This practice helps me start to feel better almost immediately.
If I’m caught in a loop of repetitive thoughts, I count backward from five to interrupt the cycle, then refocus on my breath. This simple technique helps me regain control over my thoughts and prevents them from spiraling out of control.
After clearing the negative energy, I focus on my energy centers, starting with the heart center, which I think of as a bridge where cosmic energy and earth energy meet. I let this area fill with gratitude, whether it's for something as simple as my cozy pillow or the warmth of my blanket. This feeling of gratitude helps me expand this energy center, creating a sense of fullness and connection.
Next, I move to my root chakra, located between the legs. Here, I search for any lingering negative influences, whether they’re people, beliefs, or emotions. Once I identify them, I visualize them dissipating, making room for my energy to fill the space. I continue this process through all my chakras, from the sacral to the crown, aligning and expanding my energy field.
If I’m still awake after going through my chakras, I sit up and focus on my breath, guiding it from my lower abdomen to the top of my head. This breathwork helps activate the pineal gland, the center of your mystical powers. By moving energy up and down the spine, I stimulate this powerful energy center, allowing me to access a deeper state of consciousness.
I then bring my awareness to the center of my head, imagining myself shrinking into this space. Here, I simply sense the energy around me, sometimes experiencing incredible visions of light and energy. It’s a profound feeling that leaves me rejuvenated and connected.
If you find yourself awake in the middle of the night with your inner critic running wild, I encourage you to try these practices. Be gentle with yourself, and remember that it may take a few tries to fully embrace this new approach. With patience and consistency, you’ll find that your nights become more peaceful and even magical.
So, the next time that 3:00 AM critic shows up, you’ll be ready to silence it and transform the experience into something powerful and uplifting. Sweet dreams!
Until next time, I’m Marisa Grieco, Your Mystical Guide.
Have you ever wondered about the true purpose of your soul or what lessons might be lingering from past lives? It’s not about whether you were a king, queen, or someone who scrubbed floors in a past life—what truly matters is the wisdom you can glean from those experiences. In this post, we’re going to explore the fascinating world of the Soul Star Chakra and how tuning into it can bring you closer to discovering your soul’s purpose. I’ll also share a personal story that deeply influenced my own spiritual journey.
Understanding the Soul Star Chakra
Imagine the Soul Star Chakra as your mystical gateway, positioned about six inches above your head. This powerful energy center isn’t just a point in space but a dynamic link between the divine and your personal energy system. It’s through this chakra that you can access profound insights about your past lives and the lessons they hold.
The Soul Star Chakra is intricately connected to your auric field, which impacts the flow of energy through and around your physical body. This connection goes beyond the spiritual realm; it plays a crucial role in aligning your physical self with your soul’s higher purpose. By accessing the Soul Star Chakra, you connect with your soul’s blueprint—a detailed map of your past life experiences and spiritual lessons. This energetic connection helps you address physical and emotional issues, facilitating healing and realignment with your soul’s true path.
A Strange Experience: My Journey Through Past Life Regression
My first encounter with the Soul Star Chakra was anything but ordinary. During a past life regression meditation, I found myself in a different time, transported from my living room to a simple, old cottage. To my surprise, I wasn’t just in a different place—I was in a different body. Imagine my shock when I looked down to find myself in the body of a very large, very hairy man, dressed in a rough, brown robe.
As strange as it was to find myself in this new form, what struck me even more was the overwhelming sense of disconnection and resentment I felt. I was emotionally distant, angry, and bitter. Before I could process these feelings, I suddenly found myself lying dead on the floor, possibly from a heart attack. The scene unfolded with two young girls weeping over my lifeless body, and as my energy floated away, I was engulfed by an intense feeling of love and warmth—something I had been withholding during that lifetime.
This experience was a wake-up call for me. I realized that I had been carrying over feelings of anger and disconnection, perhaps even overeating, from that past life into my current one. But I also understood that I had the power to change my energetic blueprint. We all have the choice to break free from these old, subconscious programs that no longer serve us, and the Soul Star Chakra can be the key to making that shift.

Are you tired of everyone telling you who to be, what to think, and even what to wear? If any of this resonates with you, it might be because you’re disconnected from your core star—that inner light that is the essence of your being. In this post, we'll explore what the core star is and how it connects to your entire energy-consciousness system. Plus, I’ll share some tips and rituals that helped me reconnect with this amazing light. Let’s dive in!
My journey of disconnecting from my core star started as a child. I was playing at my aunt's house, running up and down the hallways, when I tripped and hit the corner of the sink. This accident caused me to lose my hearing, though I didn't realize it at first. It wasn't until I started school that I noticed something was wrong. I couldn't hear my teacher clearly, so I tried to read her lips, often misinterpreting what she was saying. This made me feel unsafe, stupid, and disconnected from my true self.
As a result, I began to repress my emotions and build walls around my core star, trying to protect myself from the pain of feeling inadequate. The more I built these walls, the more disconnected and alone I felt. It wasn't until I started to slowly dismantle these walls that I began to feel like myself again—loving, free, expanded, and happy. And that’s what I want for you, too.
The core star is the source of your unique essence—your divine spark, your soul. It's like a snowflake; each one of us is different and magical in our own way. According to Barbara Brennan, the core star is the foundation for the structure of your human energy consciousness system.
Your consciousness system consists of four aspects: the core star, the hara dimension, your energy field (aura), and your physical body. Each one of these has its own space and dimension, and they all function differently but complement each other beautifully. It’s like a human cake with layers and flavors that blend together.
The core star is where your creative and intuitive energies originate. When this energy is flowing, you feel healthy, happy, and connected to everything and everyone. Why? Because you are light.
When your core star is glowing bright, you’ll feel comfortable in your own skin. You’ll be free to express yourself without seeking validation from others. Who cares what anyone else thinks? You’re reconnecting with your inner space, which is the center of the universe.
The beauty of the core star is that it remains untouched by negative experiences. Even if you've built walls or blocks around it, your core star is still vibrant beneath it all. However, when it’s blocked, you may feel depressed, unworthy, or uncreative. Your energy becomes sluggish, and you might start to feel physically sick because nothing’s moving—like a stagnant pond.
1. Connect with Nature
Take a walk outside, go to your backyard, or find a peaceful spot where you won’t be disturbed. Leave your electronics behind and activate all your senses—smell the flowers, feel the grass beneath your feet, taste fresh fruit, and listen to the sounds around you. Reconnecting with nature helps you bypass old programs and reconnect with the present moment, where your gifts are.
2. Play with Animals
Whether it’s your pets, a visit to a farm, or spending time at a rescue facility, connecting with animals can be a powerful way to activate your core star. Allow your feelings to flow, and you may even feel warmth in your chest as your energy field expands and your core star lights up.
3. Enjoy Music
Listen to your favorite music, dance, sing, and have fun! Music can transport you to another place and get your body moving, which is essential for getting your energy flowing again.
4. Indulge in Creativity
Take yourself on an artist's date—whether it’s writing, drawing, painting, or any other creative medium. The goal is to get out of your head and let the energy flow through you. Express your emotions through your art, even if it gets messy. The key is to keep the energy moving.
5. Be of Service
Helping others is a great way to take the spotlight off yourself and jumpstart your core star. Whether it’s calling a neighbor, volunteering, or simply being there for someone, doing something for others can bring a smile to your face and brighten your inner light.6. Release with Abandonment
Inspired by my acting coach, this exercise is for when you’re feeling trapped or overwhelmed. Find a large space where you can let loose—remove any jewelry or glasses, and if possible, do this on a carpet or blanket. Have a tantrum like a child, releasing any pent-up emotions. Scream if you need to (a pillow can help with that). You’ll feel cathartic afterward, as if you’ve broken out of prison.
Each time you expand this energy center, you’re upgrading your physical body. Allow time for your cells, nervous system, and even your DNA to adjust to this new frequency. When your core star essence is free to flow, everything around you will start to align. Your feelings will be positive, your intentions clear, and long-avoided issues will surface to be healed.
Now that you’re beginning to feel more connected to your core star, you’ll start to create the life you’ve always wanted. Instead of looking outward for answers, you’re going inward and reconnecting with your true self.
If you want to take this a step further, I’ve created a guided meditation focused on the core star, available on my website. When your core star energy is flowing, it will overflow into the hara dimension, the next level of our energy field, where our intentions reside. We’ll explore this more in an upcoming post.
Remember, you’re a bright, shining star—never forget that.
Meditation can seem like an elusive practice, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a negative mindset. If you've ever found it challenging to sit still and focus on your breath, you're not alone. This blog post offers a fresh perspective on how to ease into meditation and discover its profound benefits, even when it feels impossible.
When I first heard about meditation, I couldn't help but be skeptical. The idea of sitting quietly, breathing, and expecting all my wishes to come true felt unrealistic. Like many others, I struggled with the practice. My mind would race, and I quickly became uncomfortable, frustrated, and self-critical. It was like trying to hold my breath underwater—manageable for a few seconds, but then panic would set in.
I realized that I needed to approach meditation differently. Instead of viewing it as a rigid practice with high expectations, I decided to think of it as something more natural and relaxed. I needed to stop labeling it as "meditation" and drop any preconceived notions. Instead, I focused on simply relaxing—something I already knew how to do well.
I discovered that the key to making meditation approachable was to start with what I was already good at: napping. I set up a peaceful space in my home, informed my family that I was going to "meditate" (which they jokingly knew meant taking a nap), and simply allowed myself to lie down and relax. There were no expectations or pressures. I just focused on my breath and let myself drift off if that’s what happened.
At first, my thoughts would flood in like water rushing down a drain, but instead of fighting them, I observed them without judgment. Over time, I committed to this practice, doing it when I was naturally tired—first thing in the morning, during the day, and right before bed. This made the process easier, as I wasn't trying to meditate when I was wide awake and full of energy.
As I became more comfortable, I transitioned from lying down to sitting in a chair, keeping my head tilted slightly forward. I still focused on relaxing and breathing, reminding myself that I was just chilling, not trying to achieve anything profound. Surprisingly, this approach led me to experience what I call the "sweet spot"—a state of stillness where I felt tingling sensations and a sense of being plugged into something greater. This wasn’t something I had read about; it was a personal discovery that made meditation exciting and rewarding.
Now, let’s put emotions aside and take a look at the science of meditation. The primary purpose of meditation is to help us step out of survival mode—those feelings of worry, fear, anger, and distrust that keep us stuck in a state of high alert. When we're in this mode, our brains are operating in a beta frequency, where we're constantly analyzing and reacting to the world around us.
By slowing down our breath during meditation, we begin to shift from this analytical state to a more relaxed, subconscious state, often referred to as the alpha frequency. This shift allows us to access a deeper part of ourselves, where we can let go of old beliefs and tap into new possibilities. It’s like switching channels from a limited, known reality to something expansive and new.
Understanding the science behind meditation transformed my approach. I realized that by simply slowing down and focusing on my breath, I could change my brainwaves and, in turn, my life. This practice helped me become more aware of my body and mind, allowing me to catch old patterns of anxiety and tension before they could take over.
Meditation isn’t just about achieving goals or following trends; it’s about connecting with your true self. It offers the space between you and the outside world, giving you the freedom to respond rather than react. This space is where you can find your true potential and inner light, and that’s something worth making time for.
As you continue your meditation journey, remember that you are not your body, emotions, or thoughts—you are light. So start shining and give yourself the gift of meditation.
If you want to explore this topic further, I highly recommend Joe Dispenza's book Becoming Supernatural. It offers deep insights into how you can connect with your untapped potential and live a more fulfilling life.
Until next time, keep shining.

Ascension seems to be a buzzword right now, but what exactly is it, and what happens when you begin your ascension journey? In this post, we’ll dive into what spiritual ascension is and explore some of the common symptoms you might experience along the way. Let’s get started.
Spiritual ascension refers to the awakening of spiritual energy within your body and energy field. We often go through life as if we’re in a dream, filtering everything through our ego—focusing on the past, obsessing over the future, and letting old programs run the show. But once you ascend, you gain a simultaneous awareness of your individual self and its connection to everything around you. This awareness is our ultimate goal.
When life force energy awakens within you, significant changes can occur on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Ancient practices like Tai Chi, Qigong, Aikido, yoga, and meditation are known to awaken this energy. However, sometimes this life force energy awakens spontaneously, leading to what is known as a kundalini awakening.
Maybe you’ve had a spiritual awakening before—perhaps during a retreat, in the middle of a yoga class, or even while dancing the night away. Whatever triggered your awakening isn’t the focus here; instead, we’re exploring what happens after that flood of high-frequency light enters your dense physical body. This awakening of your spiritual energy can range from mild to intensely overwhelming. And when I say intense, I mean intense.
Common signs of spiritual energy awakening include energy rushes, tingling sensations throughout your body, changes in sexual libido, heightened awareness, and a deep sense of cosmic interconnectedness. On the flip side, more challenging symptoms can also arise, especially if ascension wasn’t something you intentionally sought out. You might experience mood swings, mania, physical hypersensitivity, or even altered states of consciousness.
Don’t get me wrong—ascension is a powerful and positive experience. But it’s important to remember that while it may feel good initially, there will be times when you need to navigate the challenges that come up. This is just part of the process—the natural ebbs and flows of life.
Let’s take a more scientific approach to understanding this. As you begin to raise your vibration and activate your consciousness, you’ll start attracting and pulling in more light from the cosmos. This high-frequency energy is rich with knowledge and connection. It helps transmute your physical body into a light body, which simply means becoming more present in your physical form.
Let me walk you through what often happens, starting with your first energetic layer—the physical level. As this high-frequency light interacts with your body, it stirs up old programs and dense energy stored within. This light slowly heats up and burns away all that old, stagnant energy.
For me, this process made me feel really unstable at first. I became hyper-aware of how tense my body was, as if I was subconsciously trying to hold onto my old programs and identities. But as those toxins began to flush out of my system, I started feeling lighter. It was a rollercoaster of emotions—feeling great one moment and overwhelmed the next. It’s important to drink lots of water to help move these toxins out of your body.
Next, let’s talk about the emotional level. When ascension shakes up this layer, it activates all those old feelings we’ve buried deep inside for years. It can feel overwhelming emotionally, but this is normal. My advice is to give yourself the space to fully experience any emotions that come up, without judgment or fear. Allow yourself to release these feelings, knowing that you are no longer trapped by them.
In the mental, energetic level, ascension brings old thoughts and beliefs into our awareness. The key here is to notice them without judgment. Instead of being harsh on yourself, ask: Does this belief resonate with me? Is this story helping me move forward in life? Do I really need to attract all this drama?
This is where you can really start to listen and become aware of your belief systems. It’s a powerful moment because you can begin to question these beliefs and make new choices that better serve you. For me, this space feels like freezing time. I can slow everything down in the moment and consciously choose a better path instead of just reacting on autopilot like I used to.
I hope this post helps you realize that you are not alone in your ascension journey. Many people on the planet are going through similar experiences right now. If you want more support and information, consider joining my mystical membership, where you can ask questions and gather tools to help you on your journey.
Remember, you are not your thoughts, emotions, or body—you are light. Stay connected to that truth, and embrace the journey of ascension with an open heart.

Congratulations on making it to part two of the beginner's guide to spiritual alchemy! I’m so proud of you for sticking with this journey because those first four stages can be really challenging, especially if you're not fully aware of the process. But you made it this far, so let's dive deeper into becoming your very own spiritual alchemist.
Before we move forward, let's briefly revisit the first four stages of spiritual alchemy discussed in the previous blog post:
These stages are crucial as they lay the groundwork for the final three, which bring you closer to aligning with your true self.
Now, let's explore stage five, known as Fermentation. This is where the old programs begin to break apart, similar to how sugar ferments into alcohol. The key here is patience, as this stage can feel subtle compared to the previous ones, leaving you in a sort of limbo where you may not quite know who you are or what you should do next.
During Fermentation, old beliefs might resurface, but they won’t have the same power over you. This is a time to let go of any limitations and heavy baggage you’re still carrying. The process can be broken into two parts:
This stage is about confronting your fears consciously, raising your vibration, and preparing to create the life you truly desire.
Next, we move to Distillation, the sixth stage, where you continue refining your vibration. This is a deeper purification process, where old emotional programs are further distilled, leaving behind your authentic essence. Think of it like separating salt from water in a science experiment—what’s left is pure and clear.
During this stage, you might find yourself creating more space between stimulus and response, allowing for new, more conscious choices. Living mindfully and incorporating daily meditation can help you navigate this stage, along with activating your five senses to stay present.
Finally, we reach Coagulation, the seventh stage of spiritual alchemy. This is where everything solidifies, and your true self emerges fully integrated. Your consciousness connects with higher energies, and you move beyond duality. Mind, body, and soul come into harmony, allowing you to become the gold of your own alchemical process.
In this stage, your higher self and true purpose will come through in new, powerful ways. You are no longer bound by old programs or traumas. Instead, you have the space and clarity to shine as the golden light you truly are.
Now that you have a deeper understanding of the seven stages of spiritual alchemy, I hope this guide helps you on your path. Remember, this journey is a spiral—there’s no end, only continuous growth. Be kind to yourself, set your intentions, and do what’s best for you, whatever that looks like.
You are not your body, emotions, or thoughts—you are that golden light. So allow yourself to shine as brightly as possible.
Until next time, I’m Marisa Grieco, your mystical guide. Keep shining!
If you're on a self-healing journey and love exploring energy medicine, working with elements, and diving deep into spiritual practices, you're in for a treat. Welcome to the first part of our Spiritual Alchemy series, where we'll explore simple yet powerful techniques to help you transform your old, limiting beliefs and dense energies into something far more precious—your inner golden light. It's time to shine, so let's get started!
What Is Spiritual Alchemy?
Spiritual alchemy is the practice of turning the "lead" in your life—those heavy, dense energies—into "gold," or a higher, brighter frequency. This concept, while rooted in ancient traditions, serves as a metaphorical guide for transforming your energy and beliefs to align more closely with your true self. In this series, we'll simplify this profound idea and focus on the first four stages of your healing journey, incorporating the elements of fire, water, air, and earth.
Each stage provides a unique opportunity to clear and update the energies that no longer serve you. By engaging with these stages, you'll begin to release old programs that have been holding you back, creating space for new, empowering energies to enter your life.
Stage 1: Calcination – Embracing the Fire Element
The first stage of spiritual alchemy is known as calcination, often referred to as the "dark night of the soul." In this phase, you'll feel like your world is falling apart—much like the story of Chicken Little, who believed the sky was falling. It's a time when everything you once believed to be true begins to feel like an illusion. This is where you start questioning old programs and beliefs, realizing they no longer serve your highest good.
To navigate this stage, slow down your breath, become present in your body, and connect with your core frequency. Lighting a candle can be a powerful ritual to accompany this process. Imagine a glowing sun within your belly, burning away any toxic feelings or beliefs that surface. Continue this visualization until you feel lighter and more aligned with your true self. This stage may take hours, days, or even weeks, but it's a crucial step in releasing the dense energy that has been holding you back.
Stage 2: Dissolution – Flowing with the Water Element
In the second stage, dissolution, you begin to transmute old programs by allowing raw emotions to rise to the surface. This stage is associated with the water element, which brings a sense of flow and cleansing to your energy. Here, you start to observe your emotions without identifying with your ego, allowing the energy to move through you freely.
This stage often brings tears, so let them flow. Visualize opening your crown chakra and allowing a higher frequency of water to flow from above, cleansing your physical body and energetic field as it travels down into the earth. Continue this process until you feel clear and refreshed. If you're drawn to water energy, you might invite mermaid energy into your meditation for additional support.
Stage 3: Separation – Embracing the Air Element
The third stage, separation, involves creating space within yourself to hold more light. This stage is aligned with the air element, representing clarity and the ability to distinguish between thoughts and emotions. As you progress through this stage, you become more aware of your feelings—both toward yourself and others. You're now ready to replace old, limiting beliefs with thoughts of love, abundance, and gratitude.
During this stage, you might notice shifts in your relationships, as some connections no longer match your new vibration. Letting go of these relationships can be challenging, but it's essential for your growth. To assist in this process, you can perform a simple meditation where you move your hands in front of you, clearing away any lingering dense emotions. This is also a great time to invite fairy energy or any other sprite that resonates with you to assist in your journey.
Stage 4: Conjunction – Grounding with the Earth Element
After completing the first three stages, it's time to bring everything together in the fourth stage, conjunction. This stage is connected to the earth element, symbolizing the integration of all the work you've done so far. As you enter this phase, you'll likely feel a sense of relief, as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. You're now ready to embrace all aspects of yourself, including your inner gifts.
Take this time to ground yourself by engaging in walking meditations, spending time in nature, or practicing grounding exercises. As you continue to connect with the earth, you'll notice that you're becoming more aware of unconscious thoughts as they arise, but you're no longer controlled by them. This is a powerful moment of transformation and a testament to the work you've done in the previous stages.

Hey guys! Today, we’re diving into the fascinating world of the throat chakra—what it is, its gifts, and how to recognize it when it’s blocked. Do you feel as though no one ever seems to hear you? That’s one of the signs that your throat chakra might need some attention.
From a young age, I knew something was off with my ability to speak up. I was that kid in class who desperately wanted to raise my hand and say, “I need help!” but instead, I stayed silent. I told myself I’d figure it out later, even though deep down, I knew I needed support right then and there. As you can imagine, this led to some struggles—failing assignments and getting in trouble all because I couldn’t ask for help.
I thought I’d outgrow this as I got older, but nope. It wasn’t until I started exploring chakras and self-healing that I realized I had a seriously blocked throat chakra. Anytime I had a great idea or belief I was passionate about, I’d feel stuck. My excitement to share with the world would suddenly fizzle out, and self-doubt would creep in. It’s like my authentic voice was trapped.
Looking back, it’s almost funny—after all, I even forgot to create an episode on the throat chakra! My mind was like, “Nope, too painful, let’s avoid that.” But I knew it was time to face those old beliefs and patterns. It was scary and uncomfortable, but I reminded myself that I was on the right path. I had to be kind and patient with myself as I worked through it.
The throat chakra is the fifth energy center, located—you guessed it—in the throat. When this chakra is in balance, expressing your thoughts, feelings, and ideas comes easily. You can share your beliefs and emotions without hesitation, bringing your personal truth into the world and standing by it. This chakra is also the gateway to your clairaudient abilities—the gift of hearing higher frequencies. I have a whole video on that if you’re curious!
So, how do you know if your throat chakra is blocked or out of balance? Here are some questions to ask yourself:
If you answered yes to any of these, you might have a blocked throat chakra. But don’t worry; I’ve got some tools and tricks to help you clear and heal this energy center.
One of the most effective ways to unblock your throat chakra is through creative expression. Before you start a creative project, set an intention, like “I’m beginning to heal and release any trapped energy in my throat.” Then, dive into something that makes you happy—whether it’s drawing, writing, or painting. The key is to get the energy moving, bringing more light into your body.
Journaling is a fantastic habit that can help clear the throat chakra. My husband actually got me hooked on this—he wrote an entire book by journaling five pages every morning, just letting his thoughts flow. This process helps release heaviness, frustrations, or anything that feels overwhelming. As you write, you move the energy in your throat chakra, reconnecting with your higher self and positive beliefs.
Singing is another powerful way to shift energy blocks in the throat chakra. Whether you’re singing along to your favorite song in the car or in the shower, just get used to hearing your voice more loudly. It’s not about being a perfect singer; it’s about moving energy. If you’re into mantras, try repeating a specific sound associated with the throat chakra, like “hum” or “yum.”
Sound healing is known for its therapeutic and healing qualities. Specific frequencies, like 741 Hz or 192 Hz, are great for empowering and activating your voice. These sounds can also inspire creativity and help clear your throat chakra. Remember, it’s all about what resonates with you, so pick the frequency that feels right.
If you’re into crystals, blue gemstones like Lapis, Azurite, or Aquamarine work best for the throat chakra. You can hold them, wear them as jewelry, or keep them in your space as reminders to clear and activate your throat chakra.
Exercise is another excellent way to get the energy moving in your throat chakra. Yoga, Qi Gong, or even simple movements like the cat-cow pose with the lion’s breath can help clear any blockages. As you start to move this energy, you might experience side effects like coughing, tingling in the throat, or even hot and cold flashes. This is just your body adjusting, so drink plenty of water and get some rest.
One thing I’ve noticed now that my throat chakra is clear is that I can physically feel when someone around me isn’t speaking their truth or has a blocked chakra. My throat will start to close up, almost as if warning me that something is off. Another discovery I’ve made is that even when I’m writing if I make an error or something feels off, my throat will tighten up as if it’s shutting down. This sensation has taught me to slow down and check in with myself to see what’s not aligning. This simple trick has saved me more than a few times.
That’s the amazing thing about our energy centers—they’re always on our side, helping us gain insights before our logical mind even figures out that something is amiss.
These are just a few suggestions to help you start moving the energy in your throat chakra. Love your voice, let it be heard, and be kind to yourself.
