Becoming Familiar with the 2nd Layer of the Emotion Light Body

Now that you have a sense of how the second energetic light body works, use the following worksheet to identify what old emotions you may be unconsciously storing in your second energy field.

Grab a pen or marker to color in the areas you feel tension or heaviness in your field. These are the areas you will set your intentions on.

Knowing what old beliefs and programs are trapped is one of the first steps to understanding--and eventually releasing-- whatever weighs you down.
