Notice where in your energy field you’re holding the guilt and shame. This meditation is all about using your breath and getting the energy moving along your prana tube that is next to your spinal column. Now the breath we will be using is sometimes called the breath of fire. Because we are breathing with passion. We are getting all of the stored energy that has been stuck in the lower 3 energy centers and just like you would suck on a straw we are going to draw this energy up into your brain and release the energy out the top of your head. moving it into the higher centers. Just like an alchemist was shifting those old dense programs that feel like lead and turning them into gold. We are moving from feelings of guilt, and shame, and turning them into love, freedom, and gratitude.
