Past Life Regression Meditation

First, it’s helpful to know what needs addressing so make a list. It might be a fear, a hurt, or a painful relationship you don’t understand. Or, maybe you just want insight and are looking to explore your life’s purpose. Relax in a reclining position while I guide you to a deeply meditative state using breathwork and relaxation techniques. The idea is to return to prior life spans in search of information that can improve your life today. Don’t be concerned about what’s real and what you are creating. Just trust in your process. With each breath, you imagine a beautiful calming light in and around your body. Allow this light to help release any stress or tension in your body. Relax all of your muscles. This spiritual light is connected to the divine. This light is above and around you. Allow this light to come into your body, through the top of your head illuminating your brain and spinal cord and healing your organs flowing down from above like a beautiful waterfall touching every cell of your body. Allow yourself to go back in time to a past life or into a spiritual dimension.
