After Your Session

I wanted to extend my gratitude for choosing to have an energy session with me. It was a pleasure to work with you and support you on your healing journey. I trust that you're feeling the positive effects of our session, and I wanted to provide you with some guidance on what to expect in the coming days and how to best take care of yourself.

Here are some important things to keep in mind:

Possible Fatigue: It's completely normal to feel tired or fatigued after an energy session. Your body and mind have been through a process of release and transformation. Allow yourself to rest and listen to your body's signals for extra sleep or breaks during the day.

Emotional Release: Occasionally, old emotions or memories may surface after an energy session. This is a sign that the healing process is continuing. Embrace these feelings, acknowledge them without judgment, and let them flow. Journaling or speaking with a trusted friend can be helpful in processing these emotions.

Hydration: Drinking plenty of water is essential. It helps your body flush out toxins that may have been released during the session and keeps your energy flowing smoothly. Herbal teas and infused water can be soothing options as well.

Rest and Relaxation: Allow yourself some downtime. Restorative practices like gentle yoga, meditation, or simply lying down and focusing on your breath can help you integrate the energy work and promote overall well-being.

Grounding Activities: Spend time in nature if possible. Walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand can help you ground your energy and stay connected with the Earth's healing energies.

Healthy Nutrition: Nourish your body with wholesome, nutritious foods. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can support your physical and energetic well-being.

Self-Care: Prioritize self-care activities that bring you joy and relaxation, whether it's reading a book, taking a warm bath, or enjoying a favorite hobby.

Follow-up Session: Consider scheduling another energy session in the future, as regular sessions can provide ongoing support for your healing journey.
