How to Begin to Feel the Etheric Light Body

Now that you have an understanding of what the Etheric light body is, let’s try these exercises to get a sense of what this energy feels like.

Exercise:

  • Sit or stand comfortably.
  • Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your mind and body.
  • Relax your hands with your palms facing each other.
  • Rub your palms together quickly for ten seconds. Stop, now hold your hands about an inch apart.
  • Can you start to feel a sensation in your palms?
  • These feelings usually range from warmth, tingling in the palm or fingertips, pressure, or even magnetic pull, but whatever you feel is fine.
  • Notice all the sensations between your palms...no need to rush.

This is your Etheric light body!!! You did it.
